Abstract:
Having challenges understanding how to use Agile to provide the answers we understood in traditional Waterfall methods? Does your sponsor or stakeholders ask the age-old question "So, when will you be done?" or “What’s the status?”
Let’s explore ways to go from a traditional WBS to our Backlog and Kanban. We will discuss Iterations, MVP, Done Rules, Work-in-progress (WIP) limits, Burn-down Charts, Cumulative Flow Diagrams, and Agile EVM. The session will provide an overview of the skills, tools, and techniques used to provide the best answers to the questions above.
