PMIAK Online Event - The ARISE AI Strategy Creation Planning Process

Join the PMI Alaska Chapter for a virtual speaker event focused on adaptive leadership, value delivery, and the evolving role of PMOs in an increasingly complex and technology-driven environment.

This online session features two engaging presentations designed to equip project, program, and portfolio leaders with practical insights they can apply immediately—without requiring a wholesale change to existing delivery frameworks.

Agility Isn’t Faster – It’s Smarter: A Guide to Catalyzing Change by Lisa DiTullio

In today’s constantly changing business environment, project delays don’t just move dates—they erode value. This interactive session reframes change agility as a leadership capability, not simply a project methodology.

The presentation explores how reducing decision friction, improving flow, and accelerating feedback cycles help teams adapt earlier and protect value—without requiring organizations to overhaul their delivery models.

Participants will leave with practical insights and micro-practices they can immediately apply to improve adaptability, strengthen team responsiveness, and drive more effective change across their organizations.

The ARISE AI Strategy Creation Planning Process by Eric Bloom

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming how organizations operate—but many organizations struggle with how to strategically plan and implement AI initiatives.

This session introduces the ARISE AI Strategy Creation Planning Process, a five-phase, fourteen-step framework designed to help organizations define and implement an effective AI strategy. The process guides leaders from initial assessment and goal setting through deployment and ongoing evaluation to ensure critical components of AI adoption are addressed.

For project managers, understanding this framework provides the ability to guide AI initiatives with confidence, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure strong alignment between project execution and broader organizational strategy.
