Agility Isn’t Faster – It’s Smarter: A Guide to Catalyzing Change by Lisa DiTullio
In today’s constantly shifting business landscape, project delays don’t just move timelines—they erode business value. This interactive virtual session reframes change agility as a leadership capability, not a methodology.
Lisa will explore how reducing decision friction, improving workflow, and accelerating feedback loops enable teams to adapt sooner, protect value, and respond more effectively to uncertainty—without overhauling their current delivery model. Participants will leave with practical micro-practices they can immediately apply to improve flow, decision-making, and outcomes across projects and portfolios.
Think Your PMO Is Ready for AI Projects? Think Again! by Jason Orloske

In this focused virtual session, Jason will share insights on how PMOs can better position themselves to support AI initiatives—covering strategy alignment, delivery considerations, and execution pitfalls to avoid. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of what it truly takes for a PMO to enable successful, value-driven AI projects.
