In 2026, the PMI Alaska Chapter proudly marks 40 years of advancing the project management profession in Alaska. We’re bringing together our community of professionals, leaders, and partners for an evening of celebration, connection, and inspiration.
Keynote Speaker: Chris Carter
We are honored to welcome Chris Carter, Chief Engineer and Executive General Manager for Toyota and Lexus, as our keynote speaker. Chris brings more than two decades of industry experience, leading large-scale technology and model launch programs at Toyota and shaping the next generation of project leaders through his role of Project Management Academic Program Director at Georgia Tech.
Carter’s large-scale projects include launching the MY16-18 Lexus RX, MY22 Lexus NX, and Lexus Interface® system. He is a Georgia Tech alumnus (ISYE 2007, PM Certificate 2015) who was named a Georgia Tech Alumni Association 40 Under 40 honoree. His insights into leadership, project execution, and innovation will provide inspiration and value to professionals across industries.
