Session: AI Essentials for Project Professionals
Artificial intelligence is no longer a future consideration for project professionals — it is a present reality reshaping how projects are planned, monitored, delivered, and led. The question facing every PMO and project professional today is not whether AI will change their work. It already has. The question is whether they will lead that change or react to it.
This session equips project professionals with the foundational knowledge, practical frameworks, and implementation awareness needed to engage with AI confidently — not as technologists, but as the organizational leaders they already are. From understanding what AI actually is beneath the hype, to navigating the unique governance and trust considerations that make or break real-world implementations, participants will leave with a clear picture of where AI fits in their organization today and a concrete plan for where to take it next.
