Kevan Gray is a Senior Director of Technical Program Management with more than 15 years of experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives across retail, utilities, and nonprofit sectors. He specializes in building and maturing high-performing Project Management Offices (PMOs) that align strategy with execution and enable data-driven portfolio decision-making.

Currently leading AI and Data initiatives within Walmart Global Tech, Kevan has overseen portfolios exceeding $50M in capital and operational investments. His expertise includes enterprise PMO design, portfolio prioritization, operating model transformation, and delivering measurable business outcomes in complex organizations.
