Navigating Large Capital Projects in Uncertain Times
Chris Mathews is an executive leader for the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC), serving as Chief Operating Officer for the health system that provides all aspects of healthcare for more than 180,000 Alaska Native and American Indian people in our state. The organization is advancing a number of complex capital projects to build a system of care that meets the needs of a growing patient population, moving forward even amid significant national headwinds. As COO, Mathews plays an important leadership role in these projects, including an Emergency Services Expansion project that represents the largest renovation since Tribes assumed control of the hospital in 1997. Ultimately, the $257 million project will add dozens of modern, private patient rooms and significantly improve the patient experience in the hospital. Join this event to engage with fellow project managers and learn more about these exciting developments in the local healthcare industry!
Bonus: networking, dinner, drinks, and a door raffle are included with your registration!
