Aina Alive, PMP, PSM, MBA, M. Electrical Eng

AI-Augmented Agility Strategist

Aina Alive has over 10 years of experience leading projects and teams in Agile and Waterfall environments. She founded Bee Agile, a boutique company, in 2019,  to share her passion for agile transformation, coaching leaders and organizing a "perfect marriage" for innovative enterprises and aspiring leaders.  Bee Agile provides agile transformation strategy & execution, consulting and training to B2B and B2C clients globally. 

 

Aina is a keynote speaker and thought leader. She is regularly featured in the industry and business press, contributes as an International Correspondent to PM World Journal and is invited as a podcast guest. Her publications are on project management, agile, and leadership topics. She also creates fun and easy sketches to explain business, Agile & project management in an easy way for those who have just started exploring these fields.

 

In 2022 Aina published her first book "It Starts with YOU" to assist with a career change, resume writing, communication with HR and recruiters and making sure that you can keep your dream job after you've got the offer.

 

Aina is one of the leads of a Canadian PMO Community. Her dream is to create a comfortable world for all habitats by supporting innovative projects

 

Mashhood Ahmed

Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Advisor

Mashhood Ahmed embarked on his research journey into the realm of artificial intelligence (AI) and its profound impact on project management practice in 2017. Over the years, he has shared his insights on this compelling subject at various global events such as NCPMI (2023), PMI Global (2023), PMI New Zealand (2018), PMI Singapore (2019), PMI PMO Symposium 2019, and a number of other in-person and virtual gatherings. With an impressive career spanning over 18 years, Mr. Ahmed actively contributes to the project management field as a seasoned practitioner and management consultant. He also teaches project management at Grant MacEwan University. Currently, he also serves as an AI Advisor to a project management software startup. He is also member of PMI Standard SME Group and PMI SME for AI group.

Mr. Ahmed holds a master's degree from the University of Waterloo in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology, along with Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and SAFe Scaled Agilist designations.

 

Gordon Withrow
Digital Transformation Leader

Gordon is an independent executive consultant and Principal of Gordon Withrow & Company.
Gordon leads businesses in moving from strategy to action to realize value, with a people-first approach to getting things done, providing digital, agile, and organizational transformation leadership at scale.
Prior to his independent work, Gordon functioned over the prior 25+ years as an executive program manager with Nationwide and IBM.
He has led organizational change and business transformation with heavy IT complexity in financial services, consulting, publishing, manufacturing, and logistics organizations.
Gordon has made his home in Dublin, Ohio for over 40 years and continues to enjoy playing basketball, gardening with his wife, music, and watching NHL hockey.
