Team Dynamics in Motion - Dinner Meet-Up
Change is inevitable—but how teams respond to it can make all the difference.
In this engaging and interactive session, we’ll explore how team dynamics shift during times of change, using Tuckman's stages of team development as a guiding framework. Even high-performing teams can revert to earlier stages—such as storming—when facing disruption or evolving circumstances.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of:
- How to recognize signs of regression in team development
- The critical role of psychological safety in navigating transitions
- Practical tools to support teams in reestablishing collaboration and trust
