Emotional Intelligence in Project Management 

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is crucial in project management, profoundly affecting team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and overall project success. Project managers with high EI possess the ability to understand and regulate their emotions, as well as recognize and influence the emotions of their team members.
