If your address, phone number or e-mail address has changed, we may not be able to communicate with you correctly. Meeting announcements, e-mail bulletins, and other notifications are sent out based on the name and address information on file with PMI HQ.
You can make a change one of three ways:
- Make changes online! Current member's demographic information can now be edited online by accessing your PMI account online and click under "account/personal information/address."
- To access this secure area, you need your membership ID number and password. If you do not have a password, please call the PMI Customer Service department at (610) 356-4600 (option 8 on the phone menu).
- Call the PMI Customer Service department at (610) 356-4600 (option 8 on the phone menu), and give them your changes, or
